Kimberly Jarvis Pastor Kimberly became a Christian as a freshman in college and began her search for greater understanding of scripture and intimacy with Christ.  She accepted the call of God in 1997 as a result of God giving her an open vision and showing her Jeremiah 1:5-10.  Through her commitment to the local church, she served as a Deacon, Young Adult Leader, Elder and eventually she was ordained a Pastor.   Pastor Kim has always had a heart for the church and a desire to see people come into the knowledge of their God-given Destiny.   Her charge, like King Cyrus in Ezra Chapter 1 is to build God’s house and those that dwell therein. In 2005, Pastor Kimberly became President of TOPS, Inc..  TOPS (Training On Prevention Services) is a non-profit organization that provides tutoring, mentoring and enrichment services for at risk youth and their families.  She has used her passion for the lost and hurting to minister to those in need in the Miami Valley and various cities in Ohio. After many years of hosting Bible Study groups in her home, Pastor Kim founded “Women On Purpose” in 2010 with the sole purpose of assisting women in discovering their destiny in ministry and business.  She desires to see women accept their call without apology, fear, doubt or unbelief.  It is the goal of “Women On Purpose” to have outreach ministries in various cities throughout the nation. Pastor Kimberly’s greatest joy in life is spending quality time with her husband, Martin and daughter Charis.   In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, reading, scrapbooking and shopping.
